2. Provision of the website and hosting
We use Onepage GmbH, Hanauer Landstraße 172, 60314 Frankfurt am Main, for the technical provision of our website. When the site is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed, in particular IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system information, and the previously visited page, insofar as your browser transmits it. This processing serves the delivery, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and functional provision of our online offering. Onepage uses hosting infrastructure from Google and Amazon Web Services within the EU. Technical log data is retained only for as long as necessary for the respective operational and security purpose; in the event of specific security incidents, longer storage may be necessary for investigation. Further information: https://onepage.io/de/datenschutzerklarung.
3. Contact and booking enquiries
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the contact details you provide, the content of your enquiry and, where applicable, details of your desired stay, in order to answer your enquiry and to prepare or carry out a booking. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual enquiries; for other enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to your message. Providing this data is voluntary; without the details required for processing, we may not be able to answer your enquiry. Data is deleted as soon as processing is complete and no statutory retention obligations or legitimate grounds for further storage exist. Contract, business and booking records are retained to the extent required by law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). In order to handle contact and bookings, the IT and communication service providers we use may be recipients, as may public authorities where there is a legal obligation.
4. Google Maps
Our location map is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It is loaded only after your voluntary consent. In this process, your IP address, browser information and the page accessed in particular are transmitted to Google; Google may use cookies or similar technologies and may link data to a Google account you are signed in to. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, insofar as information is stored on or read from your device, Sec. 25(1) TDDDG. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA is possible. Where the recipient is certified accordingly, the transfer takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR), otherwise on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings. Further details on processing, storage and your options: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en. Use of the map is voluntary; our address is also available without the map.
5. Cookies and consent
Strictly necessary storage of, or access to, information serves to provide functions you have expressly requested and is permitted under Sec. 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. Insofar as personal data is processed in this context, this is done on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in the interest of a functional website and the management of your privacy choices. Non-essential services are used only after consent. You can change your choices via the cookie settings. A withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out up to that point.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the rights to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Please contact us at info@fewodeg.de for this purpose.
Right to object: Insofar as we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Art. 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing is for direct marketing, you may object at any time without giving reasons.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in your place of residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
